RTC Southern, LLC was founded by Cindy Garrison, Thomas Atkinson, and Richard Wicker in 2004. The founders of RTC Southern, LLC have over 70 years and 21 MILLION Square Feet of combined experience in the Fabric-Formed Concrete Revetment Industry.
RTC Southern's knowledge of the Fabriform system is extensive. What sets us apart from other fabric form installers?
Design and Budget Assistance: Getting the project properly designed from the beginning can save the owner money, time, and possible problems in the future. We have assisted countless owners and engineers in their Fabriform design.
Value-Engineering: Many engineers are not familiar with Fabriform® and its many uses. We have assisted contractors in value-engineering a Fabriform® system in lieu of other types of revetments such as riprap, pre-cast block, conventional concrete, etc. This can save the owner and contractor money and time on a project.
Our Work: Fabriform is our Profession. We are the most experienced in the industry. Most of our installations are true “field-fit” installations, meaning that we perform almost all of the fabrication on-site to exacting field dimensions. Our expertise in tailoring (cutting & sewing) the Fabriform® allows for a perfect fit every time. By doing this we also reduce waste in both fabric and concrete.
We perform small installations of 300 square feet pipe protections to large installations exceeding 1,000,000 square feet, all in a multitude of applications. Being the installer of choice for many contractors, engineers, and owners makes RTC Southern the premier Fabriform® installer on the East Coast.

Since our founding, RTC Southern’s safety record speaks for itself. Zero – OSHA Recordable Injuries/Illnesses; Zero – Restricted Workday Cases; Zero – Lost Workday Cases; Zero – Fatalities.
RTC Southern, LLC is affiliated with several safety service companies such as ISNetworld, Avetta, Appruv, Mid-Atlantic Safety Council, among others. All of our employees are 24-Hour MSHA trained, 10-Hour OSHA trained, and supervisors are 30-Hour OSHA trained.
Most of our employees are First Aid/CPR Certified, and all have gone through many safety training programs required by project owners such as Duke Energy, LG&E/KU, and TVA to name a few.
